Eh, I don't think the dual protagonists add much to Our Red String. It mostly just dilutes the focus. I'd much rather stick to our single MC in BaDIK, especially if the game is half over. I would like to find a non-corruption game with a female MC, but that's a separate matter.

Yes, Quinn's path may end badly or bittersweet. As the main female antagonist, she is her own antagonist (the things she has done). Bad things will happen. To me, a happy ending for her would be taking her apart from the drug&sex business but she is not becoming Jill 2.0, that doesn't fit her. She may be vulnerable but still a total hardass, and that's her charm.I don't see how the whole Vinny/Tommy/Quinn plot could end well tho, maybe the darker ending will only be on Quinn path

Sage can definitely be a collateral damage of Quinn's business, and by extention Josy and Maya also. Bella and Jill have no connection to it yet, but if MC has to save Tommy's ass and be involved in his shit while being in their relationship, that can backfire.
Bella gave her ass checks and can even kiss her butt-hole, Jill lets you kiss her butt, I can see Sage liking anal, Josy just butt check job and Maya nothing yet. Jill might be wildest of the main girls Mc will need a break after one week or one night of being Jill boyfriend and she wants to do every single sex pose there is.I think it's Fucking awesome.
