That's not entirely accurate. He worked on the latest update. (I refuse to acknowledge that the game is complete.) If I recall correctly, he was helping with the DLC until he disappeared exactly a year ago......
Something must have happened between the collaborators and ICSTOR and the project was abandoned, when quite a bit of work had already been done. Sara's pregnancy was over, Carolina's was quite advanced and preparations with Linda began.

Hi, I'm very late to this one I wasn't sure if I would like it. I have run into a small problem how do I get to work with Bob?. Looking at the walkthrough it says I have to ask him for money 3 times. Now anytime I try to talk with him he doesn't have the time. I also have no idea where his work is I couldn't find it on the map. I have no idea what I have missed so any pointers would be appreciated.

Hmm, from memory, I think he would be in his room at home in the afternoon and you can ask for money then, up to 3 times. After that, you have to go to his workplace and work for him to continue. His office is somewhere in the lower right part of the map as far as I remember.

Not really, even though the game has completed tag, the game is actually far from being completed. Pretty much all paths just end abruptly with no clear resolution or proper ending
